Directorate of Corporate Services

The Corporate Services Directorate represents the core section of the Corporate Governance functions supporting the Curative Health Service and Public Health Service Directorate in implementing and delivering the required Health care service delivery to the rural majority of the Rural Population and the urban disadvantaged.

The core function of the corporate services includes

• Human Resource Development Recruitment and Training
• Finance, Budgets, Accounts & Audits
• Policy & Planning and Monitoring
• Health Facilities Developments and Assets
• ICT – Information, Communication and Technology
• Hospital General support services
• Management of other operational functions.

Management and Services Directorate

The office of Director Corporate Services coordinates the corporate services functions and is accountable to the office of chief Executive Officer. All the sectional Heads are managers of the corporate services functions are responsible to the office of the Director Corporate Services operations.

These functions are managed by respective managers who are responsible for the day to day operations and have their respective supervisors report direct to them on the implementation of the their sections activities to achieve the common goals of the Corporate Governance of the Eastern Highlands Provincial Health Authority.
