Henganofi District is one of the eight(8) districts of Eastern Highlands Province in Papua New Guinea. It has three(3) Local Level Government(LLG). They are Kafentina Rural, Dunantina Rural and Fayantina Rural. It has a total population of 70,821. Henganofi is the Capital.
