Goroka District is the capital of Eastern Highlands Province and is one of the eight(8) districts of Eastern Highlands Province in Papua New Guinea. It has three(3) Local Level Government(LLG). They are Goroka Urban, Gahuku Rural and Mimanalo Rural. It has a total population of 116,408. Goroka is the Capital.
